A better day than yesterday

Yesterday, I was a bit sick. Digestive problems, and in and out of the bathroom. I was this way off and on most of yesterday. I could not workout or run. I also was not up to blogging either. It was just a relaxation day to get well again and today was  a better day!
Today, I did some workouts, ran, relaxed, tweeted, did housework and now finishing up laundry. I'm even going to be more strict on my fitness regimen. No more missed runs or workouts and two big training runs a week. More sleep, less stress is a must to keep myself well and focused. Also thinking about taking supplements or vitamins.
