Make up this weekend's training run tomorrow?

I been having stomach cramping like crazy. Thinking it could be that time of the month now, or stress. I will see how I feel soon.

Update: I'm making up the run tomorrow. I'm  taking off of running tonight. I have 5 days of running in. Back up to 7 this coming week. I just hate all the stress and worry that's constantly on my mind! This post isn't up for sharing by the way.
